Refund & Return Policy – Customize Print
At Customize Print (Atharv Graphics), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every customized product meets your expectations.
Return Conditions:
- Broken or damaged product during transit
- Incorrect product delivered
- Major printing or manufacturing defects
Video Proof Requirement:
- Customers must record a video while opening the delivered parcel.
- The video should clearly show the condition of the package and the product inside.
- Without video proof, returns or refunds cannot be entertained.
Return Request Timeline:
- Complaints must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
Refund Process:
- Refund processed if conditions met and valid video proof provided.
- Full refund excluding COD charges.
- Credited to bank account within 2–3 business days after verification.
Return Process:

- Provide order number, issue description, and video proof.
- Our team will review and guide through the return process.
Important Notes:
- Custom products made as per customer request are non-refundable.
- Shipping charges non-refundable unless return is due to our mistake.
- Inspect products immediately upon delivery.
